Buy Nemetschek brand licences

Allplan, Vectorworks, Archicad and more — verified 2ndhand perpetual licences for Nemetschek Group brands. Certified EU reseller, documented transfers.

Nemetschek brands are shifting to subscription

Across the Nemetschek Group, new perpetual licensing is winding down brand by brand: Allplan no longer offers new perpetual licences, Archicad's perpetual sales close between 2025 and 2026, and Vectorworks' standalone perpetual sales end by the close of 2026. We supply verified 2ndhand perpetual licences for all three, legally transferred and fully documented.

FAQ

Nemetschek questions

Is Nemetschek a software product or a company?
Nemetschek SE is the parent company — it doesn't sell software under its own name. Its brands, including Allplan, Vectorworks and Graphisoft (Archicad), each sell their own products. Visit each brand's page for specifics.
Are Nemetschek Group brands moving away from perpetual licences?
Several are. Allplan has stopped offering new perpetual licences, Archicad's perpetual sales end in 2025–2026, and Vectorworks' standalone perpetual sales end by the close of 2026. We supply verified 2ndhand perpetual licences for all three.
Is a resold Nemetschek Group licence legal?
Yes. The Court of Justice of the EU confirmed in UsedSoft v Oracle (C-128/11, 2012) that a lawfully sold software licence can legally be resold within the EU.
What other brands does Nemetschek own?
Beyond Allplan, Vectorworks and Graphisoft, the Nemetschek Group owns Bluebeam, Crem Solutions, dRofus, FRILO, Maxon, Nevaris, RISA, SCIA, Solibri and Spacewell, among others.
How big is the Nemetschek Group?
Nemetschek SE reported revenue of €995.6 million in 2024 with around 4,000 employees, and its brands are used by roughly 6.5 million users worldwide.
