Siemens NX perpetual licences you own
Three NX Series seats, transferred under publisher terms and documented end to end. NX is the most expensive software on this site, which is exactly why owning the seat rather than renting it is worth the arithmetic.

The short answer
3 reasons to buy NX 2ndhand
An NX seat is a five-figure decision. Most shops run one or two of them for years, which is the case where ownership pays and renting does not.

What we supply

Siemens NX Series
Three seats in stock: NX 2306 Series at €14,900, NX 2312 Series at €9,450 and NX 2406 Series at €10,500. The prices do not run in release order, because what you are buying is the module bundle rather than the year. Tell us what the work needs and we will say which of the three carries it.

Design, simulation and machining in one seat
NX is bought where the part is designed, analysed and cut without leaving the model: solid and surface modelling, assemblies, structural and motion analysis, and multi-axis toolpaths. That is why it turns up in toolmaking, aerospace and automotive rather than in general drawing offices, and why a single seat carries so much of a shop's work.
The process
How an NX licence transfer works
The same four steps every time.
Share details
What the seat has to do: modelling only, or simulation and machining as well.
We check
Which Series carries those modules, plus eligibility and paperwork, before you pay anything.
We transfer
Reassigned under publisher terms. The previous owner deactivates and ceases use.
Complete
The seat is registered in your own name. Keep the documentation for audits.
FAQ
Siemens NX questions
Why is NX 2306 more expensive than NX 2406?
Because the price follows the module bundle, not the release year. The 2306 seat here is €14,900 and carries more than the 2406 seat at €10,500. With NX, what the licence can do matters more than when it was released. Tell us what the work needs and we will say which of the three carries it.
Which NX Series should I buy?
Start from the work rather than the year. If the seat only has to model and detail parts, the smaller bundle is enough. If it also has to run analysis or generate multi-axis toolpaths, you need the bundle that includes those modules. Call us before buying, this is the one product on the site where guessing is expensive.
Can I open newer NX files with an older release?
No. Like every CAD system here, NX opens its own release and older ones, never newer. If a customer or supplier sends you NX 2406 part files, buy at least that release.
Is a transferred Siemens NX licence legally valid?
Yes. Perpetual software licences may be lawfully resold within the EU once distribution rights are exhausted, under ECJ Case C-128/11 and Directive 2009/24/EC Article 4(2). Every transfer we complete follows publisher terms, the previous owner ceases use, and you receive the documentation.
Do I get an invoice and transfer documentation?
Yes. You receive a proper invoice and the full transfer documentation. All prices are net, this is a B2B shop.
