Tebis questions
Do you have a Tebis licence in stock?
Not at this moment. Tebis licences reach us when a tool shop closes, merges or migrates, so availability moves rather than sitting constant. Tell us the release and the modules you need and we will tell you honestly whether we can source it and roughly how long that takes.
Which modules do I actually need?
That depends on whether the seat has to design the tool as well as cut it. A shop that receives finished models and only programmes them needs far less than one that builds the tool from the part. Tell us which of those you are and we will scope it rather than sell you the larger package by default.
What about post processors for my machines?
A post processor is matched to a specific machine and control, so a transferred seat arrives with whatever the previous owner had. Tell us which machines you run and we will check what comes with the licence before you commit, rather than after.
Is a transferred licence legally valid?
Yes. Perpetual software licences may be lawfully resold within the EU once distribution rights are exhausted, under ECJ Case C-128/11 and Directive 2009/24/EC Article 4(2). Every transfer we complete follows publisher terms, the previous owner ceases use, and you receive the documentation.
Do I get an invoice and transfer documentation?
Yes. You receive a proper invoice and the full transfer documentation. All prices are net, this is a B2B shop.
