Can I still buy a new perpetual Allplan licence?

Not from Allplan directly — new perpetual licences are no longer being offered as Allplan shifts new customers to subscription. We supply verified 2ndhand perpetual licences instead.

What happens to existing Allplan perpetual licences?

Existing perpetual usage rights continue to apply. However, from October 2026, tools like Allplan Workgroup Manager, Exchange and Share stop existing as standalone perpetual products, with new development going into Allplan Subscription/Cloud services instead.

Yes. The Court of Justice of the EU confirmed in UsedSoft v Oracle (C-128/11, 2012) that a lawfully sold software licence can legally be resold within the EU.
