The short answer
3 reasons to buy Archicad 2ndhand
A practice has to be able to reopen its own model long after the building is finished. A licence that lapses cannot do that.

What we supply
Archicad, from Graphisoft
A BIM system built around the building rather than around the drawing: one model carries the plans, sections, elevations and schedules, and they stay consistent because they are all views of the same thing. Practices tend to choose it for how it draws rather than for a feature list, which is why an office rarely moves once it has settled.
Which release you need
Archicad files open forwards but not backwards, so the release matters more than anything else you decide here. Buy at least the newest version your consultants send you. If your own archive sits in Archicad 25 and nobody sends you anything newer, 25 is the correct purchase and it costs a good deal less than 28.

FAQ
Archicad questions
Can I buy an Archicad licence from you today?
Listings for Archicad 24 through 28 are being added and are not all on the site yet. Tell us which release you need and we will confirm availability and a price. If we cannot supply it, we will say so rather than keep you waiting.
Which Archicad release should I buy?
At least the newest release anyone sends you, because Archicad files open forwards but not backwards. If your own archive sits in an older release and nothing newer arrives from consultants, that older release is the correct purchase and it costs considerably less.
Will a 2ndhand licence keep receiving new releases?
No. A perpetual licence is permanent for the release you buy, not a route to future ones. Upgrades come from the publisher's own service agreement. For a practice that needs to reopen finished projects rather than chase features, that is usually the point rather than a limitation.
Is a transferred Archicad licence legally valid?
Yes. Perpetual software licences may be lawfully resold within the EU once distribution rights are exhausted, under ECJ Case C-128/11 and Directive 2009/24/EC Article 4(2). Every transfer we complete follows publisher terms, the previous owner ceases use, and you receive the documentation.
Do I get an invoice and transfer documentation?
Yes. You receive a proper invoice and the full transfer documentation. All prices are net, this is a B2B shop.
