Can I still buy a new perpetual Archicad licence?

Only briefly. Graphisoft announced in April 2024 that new customers could buy Archicad perpetual licences until the end of 2024, and existing customers until the end of 2025 — from 2026, Archicad is subscription-only. We supply verified 2ndhand perpetual licences instead.

What happens to existing Archicad perpetual licences?

You can keep using a perpetual licence without a Software Service Agreement (SSA) once it lapses. Graphisoft continues to service active SSA/Forward contracts through the end of 2026.

Is a resold Archicad licence legal?

Yes. The Court of Justice of the EU confirmed in UsedSoft v Oracle (C-128/11, 2012) that a lawfully sold software licence can legally be resold within the EU.

Is Archicad the same company as Graphisoft?
