Archicad 26 – Proven BIM Software for Architects
Archicad 26 is Graphisoft's BIM release from 2022 for architects, interior designers and planners. It brought more than 20 new features for design, documentation and collaboration. It was also the first Archicad version to run natively on Apple silicon (M1/M2) as well as on Windows and Intel-based Macs.

With Archicad 26 you work on a single intelligent 3D building model. Floor plans, sections, elevations, schedules and quantities are generated from it automatically and always stay consistent. Certified OpenBIM support (IFC, BCF), Teamwork and BIMx make Archicad 26 a reliable, mature platform for projects of any size.
Perpetual License – No Subscription
Since 2026, Graphisoft sells new Archicad licenses only by subscription. A pre-owned Archicad 26 license is a cost-effective way to own professional BIM software permanently, with unlimited use and no recurring fees. All our licenses are legally transferred in accordance with EU law (CJEU C-128/11, UsedSoft v Oracle).
