Buy Autodesk perpetual licences

AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit and more — verified 2ndhand perpetual licences, transferred and documented by a certified European reseller.

New perpetual Autodesk licences are no longer sold

Autodesk stopped selling new perpetual licences for individual products in February 2016, and ended perpetual sales for its remaining Suites in 2021 — every new Autodesk purchase today is a subscription. The only way to own an Autodesk licence outright is to buy one that already exists. That's what we supply: verified 2ndhand AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit and other Autodesk licences, legally transferred under the EU exhaustion principle, with full documentation.

About Autodesk

Autodesk, Inc. was founded in 1982 by John Walker, a co-author of the earliest versions of AutoCAD, and is headquartered in San Francisco, California. The company went public in 1985 and trades on Nasdaq under the ticker ADSK — it is an independent, publicly traded company, not owned by another firm.

Autodesk is best known for AutoCAD, its 2D and 3D drafting software, alongside Inventor for mechanical product design, Revit for building information modelling, and 3ds Max for visualisation. Its software is used across architecture, engineering and construction (AEC), manufacturing and product design, and media and entertainment.

FAQ

Autodesk questions

Can I still buy a new perpetual Autodesk licence?
No. Autodesk stopped selling new perpetual licences for individual products in February 2016, and ended perpetual sales for its remaining Suites in 2021 — every new Autodesk purchase today is a subscription. We supply verified 2ndhand perpetual licences instead, transferred and fully documented.
Which Autodesk product versions do you have in stock?
Our stock spans roughly 2012 to 2022 depending on the product — AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT from 2012, Inventor, Revit and 3ds Max from 2014. Availability changes as licences are sold; check the product listing above for what's currently in stock.
Is a resold perpetual Autodesk licence legal?
Yes. The Court of Justice of the EU confirmed in UsedSoft v Oracle (C-128/11, 2012) that a lawfully sold software licence can legally be resold within the EU, even where it was originally sold as a download.
What's the difference between a perpetual licence and an Autodesk subscription?
A perpetual licence is paid once and is yours to keep and use indefinitely on that version. A subscription is a recurring payment, and access ends the day you stop paying.
Do Autodesk Suites carry the same perpetual rights as individual products?
Yes. Suites such as the Product Design Suite or Building Design Suite that were sold as perpetual carry the same perpetual usage rights as individual Autodesk products from the same era.
